Fluid bed

The purpose of the equipment: pharmaceutical powders are prepared for tableting by blowing in air from the bottom through a special and patented air baffle and keeping the powder levitating whilst granulating liquid is sprayed in (this can be purified water, corn extract etc). The aim is to set the moisture content of the powder to the desired level so that it forms granules and is ready for pressing.
